ILO project Vietnam

Life in rural Vietnam. An ancient backdrop of picturesque villages, temples and rice fields. But daily life here is hard. For ethnic minorities like the Ca Tu people, rice paddies are a poor livelihood.
But thanks to the ILO, that’s all starting to change.
Through community-based-tourism, the locals are building the skills and opportunities to earn additional income, and create a better future: one where decent work and traditional lifestyles exist side by side, and rural areas are vital and dynamic places to live.
